The house was built once and has since served exclusively as a display piece—it has never been played with and is in tip-top, very well-maintained condition. Details of the listing: Building & Garage: Fully assembled, including the legendary family car. The garage opens as intended, and the roof can be removed. Minifigures: The minifigures from the set are included. In addition, I’m throwing in 1–2 extra minifigures for free (see original photos for exact contents). Completeness: Due to a move, only a few small decorative pieces or small parts are missing. The house itself, as well as the rooms and the car, are all present and intact. Accessories/Packaging: Does not include the original packaging (OVP) or the paper instructions (the official building instructions are available for free as a PDF on the LEGO website). Condition: Unplayed with, clean, in excellent collector’s condition.
